Do What You Want To Do

This may sound a little backwards and out of line, however in most cases you should do what you want to do at the time.

You should have main goals and work towards those, but of those goals there are usually lots of smaller tasks that all add up to the whole. Of these smaller tasks you should do the ones you want to do at that time and work on other ones at a later time. Maybe you're in a more creative mood, do the creative task. Maybe you're not in a creative mood, do the rote task. Maybe you're burned out. Do tasks from another goal of yours.

A Degree In Entrepreneurship

These days you hear about people going to college and getting degrees in various fields of study with the hopes of finding a good, solid job. The sad reality is that less and less of these college graduates are able to find work and it is only going to get worse. To me the answer is clear: we need more entrepreneurs and less employees.

Good Parenting VS Bad Parenting

Good parenting is a process that is of the utmost importance when talking about the future of humanity. And parenting isn't something that stops just at the family level. Many of the lessons taught by good parents are the same lessons taught by a good many other things, namely schools and countries. Likewise, the lessons, or lack thereof, of lessons learned from bad parents are also carried over to many things.

The Fake Economy VS The Real Economy

Most people think that there is only 1 economy and that it is cyclical. They think that it is natural and normal for the market to go in cycles and that inflation is a result of a cyclical economy. The fact of the matter is this is a complete misunderstanding. The economy most people associate with is what I call the fake economy.

God Is Only As Big As Your Imagination

The subject of God is a fun one for me. I wanted to bring forth the perspective that God is only as big as your imagination.

Take a lot of religions for instance. For a lot of religions they depict God as a physical entity that has powers over them. For a lot of religious people the idea of a personal, physical God is something that is tangible and easily synthesized by their consciousness. Because of this you see figures and art that depict a physical, recognizable God. It is a direct representation of their imagination.

Google and/or Yahoo Should Force Users to Switch From Internet Explorer

It seems to me like it would be a pretty good idea if one of the most popular sites like Google or Yahoo was to tell all users who are running IE6 and below, or even any version of IE to upgrade to Firefox or Chrome.

Pretty Much Everything Is Inaccurate or a Lie

Pretty much everything around us is complete BS. It's either inaccurate or just a flat out lie. If you want to find out why there are so many problems, a good place to start we be our information. All the information we receive is totally biased and sloppy. Nothing really adds up and nobody makes sense anymore. If you really want to get to the bottom of something just go home and think by yourself in peace for a few minutes.

4 Years of College VS 4 Good Quotes

All the time I am seeing people go to college to get an "education" but most of the time it seems all they need for an education are a few good quotes that they structure their life after. I'm serious too. Why go to school for 4 years or so and learn lots of details about something when instead you could really take up a life changing process of aligning yourself with some of the world's greatest people?

You Know You're An Internet Marketer When...

Here's a fun one for all those Internet Marketers out there that are into working hard and working smart:

  1. You have a hard time contributing to a site you don't own
  2. All your links are cloaked
  3. You can accurately estimate a site's traffic in less than a minute
  4. You can accurately estimate a site's earnings in less than a minute
  5. You are always looking for ways to scale
  6. You are always looking for ways to automate
  7. You can create a new site in less than a minute
  8. You own over 100 domains

Public Companies Are Over-Rated

I really don't like public companies much at all. For the most part their main operations are built around money rather than value. This small difference makes a huge difference in the long run.

Public companies always have to go back to the shareholders and keep everyone who has put money into the company happy. There is really not any one person who runs the company. Sure they may have the chairman and the CEO, but at the end of the day the company is controlled by the money. You just have a bunch of greedy people running around trying to increase the bottom line.
