College

Well, I've just about had enough with how incredibly stupid people are so I feel it is my duty to have to at least attempt to do something about it. That is why I am starting an online school. This isn't your typical school either.

People seem to believe that college and education are somehow tied together, as if you can not have one without the other. This couldn't be further from the truth. College does not lead to education and education does not lead to college.

I spent two years of my life in school and experienced the utter nonsense of watching people who had absolutely no desire for education waste away their lives. And for those of us that were concerned with education college offered but one main source of knowledge - books - and a slooooow pace at best.

These days you hear about people going to college and getting degrees in various fields of study with the hopes of finding a good, solid job. The sad reality is that less and less of these college graduates are able to find work and it is only going to get worse. To me the answer is clear: we need more entrepreneurs and less employees.

All the time I am seeing people go to college to get an "education" but most of the time it seems all they need for an education are a few good quotes that they structure their life after. I'm serious too. Why go to school for 4 years or so and learn lots of details about something when instead you could really take up a life changing process of aligning yourself with some of the world's greatest people?
